Here's the link for Mountain Jam 2008. I am ready for this one - the Northeast hasn't had a good festival in ages. Mountain Jam seems to be getting better each year.

Ratdog just got added and tops the bill over Mule.

Do they have day tickets? I can't do the whole fest but would love to go Saturday.

Last year they had day tickets. I haven't seen anything on day tickets so far this year but I'm pretty sure they will be available.

I'm surprised no one else seems to be drooling over this lineup. Between MTJam & Roth I will be a VERY happy camper. I'll get my Levon, Umph, Nocturnals, Galactic, DSO etc... here. Sad to say, I have no real urge anymore for Bonnaroo between these 2 fests. Allman's would be nice but there still may be additions.

Yeah Jead,,,it is a sweet line-up, and was considering going until Roth was announced. Just can't get away from work that much at that time of year. 2nd best line-up out there this year though. If it wasn't for Roth I'd choose MJ over Roo (although partially 'cause it's closer).

This is held at Hunter Mountain Ski Resort in Hunter, NY and yes usually they do have day passes sold at the gate, but if you camp you don't have to wait to get in when they open the gates. Its a fun time and you can get wicked close to the stages.
go to

http://www.huntermtn.com

also its about 35 minutes from the Woodstock site in Bethel N.Y.
