If anyone got up early to see Steppin In It they saw a great band. Never had heard of them and loved it. I need to get their show.

great show...i liked 4 finger 5 set too...esp. the bass work, i thought mike blew out the ranch speakers with his slap work.
which gets me wondering...anyone else think the sound system this year sucked? i kept hearing pops and drop outs at the worst times.

I doubt it was recorded. That was the 3rd time Ive seen them this year and probably the worse because of the time limit. Also the lap steal guitar wast loud enough and thats my fav part. But the guy went off on harmonica and trumpet.

I didnt hear much of that but I do know the sound at the Ranch Area and main stage were the best Ive ever heard. The clarity and imaging surprised me.

I thought the sound especially the bass was way too loud at times and should have been adjusted. It was the first time I actually had to put ear plugs in at times because I just could not handle the bass.
